Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our refurbished and reusable equipment. All items sold through our Reuse Department are tested, verified functional, and backed by a clear return policy. If a product is misrepresented, non-functional, damaged in shipment, or significantly different from its description, we will accept returns at no cost within 90 days. Returns require an RMA number and proof of purchase, and may be eligible for exchange or refund. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives reliable, responsibly refurbished equipment while protecting workers, communities, and the environment.
